5 Axis Machining

Able to access features on all sides of a part in one setup.
General Size limit of 6″ x 10″ x 10″ with some limitation and exceptions
Can often complete a complex part in one setup saving significant cost

5 Axis Machining with Automated Pallet changing

Same benefits and capacities as above
Added ability to robotically load a pallet that includes workholding and your part
Allows for unattended production
Viable in quantities as low as two

3 axis machining

More traditional style of machining
Part sizes of 10”x16”x30”

2 axis turning w/ bar feeder

Allows loading full bars of material to be fed into the machine by an automated bar feeder.
Allows for unattended production
Part diameters up to 2.5”

2 axis turning

Differs from above in that material is pre sawed to length before being placed in the machine
Larger diameter parts can be run, up to 8”

Laser part engraving

Engrave parts with part/serial number or any other needed information.
